Terms of ServiceYggdrasil API / Drasil MCP Server

1. Acceptance

By using the Drasil MCP Server, Yggdrasil API, or any services at yggdrasilapi.com ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Drasil is a math reasoning protocol delivered to Claude via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The Service provides:

• An MCP server that delivers the Drasil reasoning protocol to Claude clients
• A REST API for protocol access and license management
• A support ticket system for customer inquiries

The protocol is ephemeral — it is loaded into Claude's working memory, used to solve a math problem, and then discarded. It does not persist between conversations.

3. Access and Keys

Access to the Service is provided through license keys embedded in the MCP server URL or passed via API headers. A public trial key is available at no cost. The Service operator may revoke or disable any key at any time, with or without notice.

You agree not to:

• Share licensed keys with unauthorized parties
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or redistribute the protocol content
• Use automated systems to abuse the API beyond reasonable usage
• Misrepresent the Service or its results as your own product

4. Intellectual Property

The Drasil reasoning protocol, its methodology, and all associated content are proprietary to the AINOS / Yggdrasil Project. The protocol is delivered ephemerally and is not licensed for redistribution, storage, or derivative works.

You may use the results produced by the protocol (i.e., math answers) without restriction.

5. Accuracy and Disclaimers

Drasil has achieved 100% accuracy on GSM8K (1,319 problems), MATH-500 (500 problems), and Arithmetic (100 problems) benchmarks. However:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy on all possible math problems
• Results depend on the Claude model executing the protocol correctly
• The Service should not be used as the sole basis for critical decisions

6. Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service runs on Cloudflare's global edge network. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. Public access may be disabled at the operator's discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the AINOS / Yggdrasil Project shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect minimal data and never access your math problems or Claude conversations.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, your license key will be deactivated. You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the MCP server configuration from your Claude client.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
